    Business Development Specialist (Treendit)

    About Treendit

    • Treendit, an entity within the Blucolar Africa umbrella, is a vibrant and forward-thinking digital marketing and creative agency dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

    • As we continue to expand our clientele, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities
    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
    • Analyze client needs and tailor our services to meet market demands.

    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
    • Identify decision-makers within target organizations and initiate contact to present our services.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their digital marketing and creative needs.

    Proposal Development:

    • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our agency's capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to create customized solutions for clients.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

    Networking:

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services and expand our client base.
    • Represent the agency as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and creative solutions.

    Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with the creative, strategy, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Provide insights from client interactions to improve service offerings.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in business development within the media and creative industry.
    • Good understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and creative services.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
