Hard Skills: strong analytical skills (data analysis in Excel, Google Sheets), report preparation in PowerPoint (Google Slides), analysis of business metrics (dashboards and Excel), Custdev (basic, based on prepared questionnaire)
Cultural awareness - knowledge of the specifics of the Africa region (understanding of local cultural specifics in general, courier market features (e.g. competitors, product scenarios, clients' preferences, etc.)
Ability to deliver tasks end-to-end with high quality
Expertise or experience in delivery and business development (is a plus)
