Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Viicsoft's products and services.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to develop strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Viicsoft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish valuable connections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with software development and IT services is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
