    Business Development / Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
    • You will oversee sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and ensure achievement of sales targets while supporting the clinic’s long-term growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue
    • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals to achieve targets

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
    • 4 - 5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales management
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    • Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N650,000 - N900,000 Monthly, plus Commission Based on Target Achievement.
