    Business Development Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the company's client base.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and business development initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful business development and sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
