    Business Development Professional

    Description

    • Kaplo Africa seeks a results-driven professional to lead client acquisition and talent recruitment strategies remotely.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business strategies to expand client base.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Design innovative talent acquisition solutions.
    • Conduct market research to enhance recruitment services.
    • Track and report on performance metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
    • 2+ years’ experience in business development and recruitment consulting.
    • Excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and strategic thinking skills.
