    Business Development Personnel (PTSP / PSSP)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PSSP/PTSP Sales Person to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our PSSP (Preferred Support Services Partner) and PTSP (Premier Technical Support Partner) programs to both existing and prospective clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for PSSP and PTSP programs.
    • Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
    • Solution Selling: Understand clients' needs and propose tailored PSSP/PTSP solutions to address their specific requirements.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to deliver seamless experiences to clients.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance metrics, to track progress and inform decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on selling services or solutions.
    • Strong understanding of PSSP/PTSP programs and their value proposition.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
