Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate development and property building construction industry.
Proven track record of successful lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
