    Business Development & Partnerships Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We’re hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to join our team of carefully selected “Acorns” working together to directly impact the positive growth of businesses across Nigeria and Africa by providing them with tailored payment solutions, value-added services and business intelligence tools.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Directly own the process of B2B partner acquisitions and activations.
    • Manage interactions with partners and ensure maximum retention.
    • Build strategic relationships with partners and industry stakeholders to determine in-demand products/services to be built.
    • Proactively provide visibility around strategic partnerships, and targets through scheduled reports, stand-up meetings, etc
    • Structure, price, negotiate and execute large channel partnerships and other agreements.
    • Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive cross selling and usage of iRecharge’s products and services.
    • Monitoring performance and growth metrics, identifying insights and recommendations to identify new commercial opportunities
    • Effectively manage Relationship managers and field officers across the country.
    • Create compelling value propositions to drive adoption by partners and effectively scale business growth.

    PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

    • 3+ years of experience in building or managing a partner and business network, especially in payments, Fintech, eCommerce, ERP platforms.
    • 3+ Years of experience in pricing and negotiating large-scale B2B partnerships.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set personal, business and partner goals.
    • Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
    • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
