Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends.
• Develop new strategies were necessary
• Develop content ideas based on market feedback
• Identify strategic partners
• Develop strategic marketing documents for prospective clients
• Make business presentations to prospective clients
• Interface with every NC department to close partnership deals
• Grow the business in terms of revenue and visibility
• Contact potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
• Manage special projects; market research and industry benchmarking
• Track performance of team against quarterly KPIs.
• Provide short reports and research on specific companies and market sectors, using internal and external resources.
• Build and maintain database of key contacts

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
• A master's degree in business management
• Media and entertainment industry experience
• Competency to work with budgeting programs SAP, other tools
• Proactive & entrepreneurial self-starter
• Intelligence, business acumen
• Ability to think strategically and "outside the box
• Skilful negotiator and salesperson
• Skilful/tactful influencer & team player
• Highly organised, and excellent at planning and prioritisation
• Knowledge of international media, online and wireless business required and strong knowledge of video and/or television business is essential
