Business Development Officers at Lovonus Microfinance Bank

We are seeking for high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Officers to drive the strategic growth of our customer base and deposit portfolio. Your primary objective is to aggressively market the bank’s financial products, mobilize low-cost deposits, and identify new market opportunities to increase the bank’s visibility and profitability. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with MSMEs, and individual depositors while ensuring that all newly onboarded clients align with the bank’s target market and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits to ensure the bank’s liquidity.
• To identify and onboard high-quality individual and corporate clients, expanding the bank’s footprint within assigned territories.
• To effectively communicate the value proposition of the bank’s loan and savings products to diverse groups
• To provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer retention and \"top-of-mind\" awareness for the bank.
• To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on product improvements or new market trends in the microfinance sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank.
• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline
• Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proven history of meeting \"target-driven\" KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished appearance and excellent communication skills to represent the bank’s brand.
