Responsibilities 

• Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for the business
• Explain to potential customers the various benefits offered by company services; 
• Respond to  complaints from clients as regards the company’s service ; 
• Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients

Requirements

• Good communication skill
• Good customer relations skill
• Prior experience as a business development officer is an added advantage
