Business Development Officers at Bluenix

We are seeking proactive, target-driven, and street-smart Business Development Officers to work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, increase product sales, and expand the visibility of the Bluenix brand across Abuja. This role involves strategic market engagement, field presence, and effective lead management. The ideal candidates are energetic, persuasive, and adaptable across multiple channels—field, showroom, or digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing business development strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Engage dealers, retailers, construction sites, and project managers to introduce and promote Bluenix products.
• Generate and convert leads from field visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, and sample packs.
• Support social media and WhatsApp marketing campaigns through content sharing and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Represent the company during exhibitions, community outreach, trade shows, and open market activations.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and sales team for continuous market improvement.

Location Requirement

• Candidates must reside within or around Dei-Dei, Kubwa, Dutse, Zuba, or any other easily commutable location in Bwari or AMAC area councils.
• Must be available for field assignments, market visits, exhibitions, and showroom activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND/NCE; Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years\' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the paint or building materials sector.
• Familiarity with Abuja market terrain and buyer behavior is essential.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies, marketing tools, and customer relationship management.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦80,000
