Business Development Officer at Total Data Limited

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Activities

• Initiate and participate in a variety of business development initiatives monthly.
• Successfully execute and close two (2) impactful business development activities every month.

Proof of Funds Services Management

• Coordinate with financial partners and service users to ensure seamless delivery.
• Acquire four (4) new clients monthly for the Proof of Funds service.

Lead Generation and Conversion

• Generate at least 1,000 new leads per month through social media and digital platforms.
• Developing effective strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
• Successfully convert a minimum of four (4) leads monthly, with a key focus on study abroad applicants to the UK and other destinations.

Reporting and Meetings

• Submit daily activity reports to track progress and performance.
• Attend weekly team meetings every Saturday to align with organizational goals and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of international destinations are an advantage.
