Key Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development.

• Proposal Writing and Grant Search: Proficient in proposal writing and experienced in actively searching for grants to support organizational initiatives.
• NGO Background: Previous experience working in the non-profit sector or with NGOs is highly desirable.
