• Roston Hotels Limited is a premium hospitality brand with a strong and expanding market presence. As we scale, we seek a results-driven Business Development Officer to accelerate revenue growth, secure high-value partnerships, and expand our corporate footprint.

What You Will Own

• Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets
• Develop and manage high-value corporate & institutional accounts
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Build strategic relationships across key sectors (Oil & Gas, Corporate, Commercial)
• Execute high-impact sales and market penetration strategies

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales (hospitality preferred)
• Strong network within Port Harcourt’s corporate ecosystem
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute, driven, and execution-focused
