Business Development Officer at Paradigm Finance

Key Responsibilities: 

• Mobilize investment funds from individuals and businesses.
• Facilitate the creation and disbursement of quality loans and credit products.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Achieve set targets for deposits and credit portfolio growth.
• Contribute innovative ideas for business growth and market penetration.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in any discipline.
• Proven experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services (preferred).
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Must reside in Lagos.
