Description

• We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Officer to support FSC Manufacturing in securing B2B contracts, growing revenue, and expanding our client base across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities
• Target clients such as beauty brands, startups, hotels, pharmacies, and retailers
• Conduct outreach through networking, field visits, referrals, and cold calls
• Develop proposals and secure manufacturing contracts
• Convert leads into long-term production partnerships
• Negotiate pricing and contract agreements
• Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve revenue and contract acquisition targets
• Provide regular sales and performance reports

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
• Results-driven and commercially minded
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
