• We are looking to hire Experienced Business Development Officers to join our team in Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Achieve investment targets set for the fiscal year
• Identify & mobilize investments from individuals and corporate clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and networking
• Collaborate with the team to develop tailored financial solutions
• Provide insights on market trends to enhance business opportunities
• Manage client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals
• Prepare periodic reports, call memos, and activity updates
• Drive mass marketing initiatives for increased sign-ups and account openings
• Other duties as assigned by the Regional Head

Requirements

•  3-10 years hands-on Business Development experience in the Asset Management industry.
• Interested candidates should possess a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field 
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
