Business Development Officer at Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market (Zonesor estates) and develop existing zones.
• Market research, analysis and strategies to identify profitable partnership fordevelopment.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calls, bulk emails, networking, socialselling and other personal sales and marketing strategies for lead generation.
• Build and nurture strong relationship with key decision makers andstakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations to prospectivesclients, estates, businesses and partners.
• Good Negotiating abilities on pricing, terms and conditions to securing dealswith estates, businesses and partnership that will be profitable to theorganization
• Work with the team to develop targeted plans and implementation of targetedmarket campaigns and promotions to developing zones and estates.
• Maintain relationship with estate stakeholders and be the account officermanaging estates in your zone.
• Maintain and keep up to date record of all sales activities, leads and customersdetails in all sales database and system.
• Regular sales meetings and reports; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly forevaluation.
• Traveling to various destinations to facilitate transactions or trainings whenneeded.
• Adhering to sales department standard modes and practices.
