Business Development Officer (Manpower Outsourcing) at Smart Partners

Job Requirements
You must:

• Have a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree.
• Have three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in similar field.
• Be able to handle Manpower outsourcing.
• Be very good with B2B.
• Have extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in the real estate industry.
• Be able to profile white collar and blue collar jobs.
• Be able to outsource for clients that need the company’s services.
• Have good writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Have legit contact of Vendor Registration.
• Be very good at client service delivery.
• Develop strong internal and customer relations.
• Have verifiable track record in closing outsourcing transactions.
• Be good with using social media to market HR Services.
• Be a basic user of Microsoft excel.
• Be able to adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Be open to travel
• Be residing around Ikeja axis.
• Have a great client based network.
