Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Arrange for meetings and presentations.
• Achieve allocated sales revenue targets.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
• Experience working in a media agency or an advertising agency.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
• Strong communication/presentation skills (both oral and written).
• The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
• They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
