LEADWAY is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer to join our team located in Lagos Nigeria. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through partnerships, research and solution design, and to contribute to the strategic planning of the organization. This is an on-site role, and candidates must have availability to travel when required .

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and market research tools.
