Business Development Officer (ISP) at Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd

We are searching for diligent and hardworking Business Development Officers in our Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt Branches. 

Responsibilities:

• Leading generation and following up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursuing lead generation activities.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of sales of Fiber/Radio internet services to private homeowners and corporate organizations.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding constomers' requirements and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by scheduling meetings, making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.
• Establishing, maintaining, expanding and taking ownership of customer relationships.
• Completing all other related administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• A Degree in Business Development, Business Management, Economics, Communications, International Relations or other related courses.
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience or of working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proven sales track record.
• Must be staying in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt.
