• Invent Alliance Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Officer to join our bakery team and drive growth through field marketing, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing : Actively scout and engage new customers, including retailers, schools, distributors, event vendors, hotels, and supermarkets.
• Customer Acquisition : Introduce potential clients to our bakery products, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Strategy Execution : Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.
• Performance Tracking : Provide weekly reports with insights on client feedback, sales performance, and the impact of marketing efforts.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.
• Sales Coordination : Liaise with the sales and production teams to align supply with demand and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG or bakery operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesInnovative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset
• Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Ms Excel, email communication, proposal writing)
• Must be self-driven, reliable, and comfortable with field work
• Resides within Ajah, Sangotedo, or surrounding areas.
