    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and drive strategic plans for business growth and optimize productivity in the operations.
    • Generate Sales Leads
    • Calling of leads and properly follow up till conversion.
    • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
    • Developing marketing and sales targets and frameworks.
    • Ensure strict compliance to the quality of products/services as well as company ground rules.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and strategies.
    • Uphold brand quality and standards.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar area.
    • About 1-3 years of proven sales experience in an IT company or a related area.
    • Fundamental knowledge in web design/development
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.
    • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
    • Be proactive and organized.
