We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying and addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology.
