    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including investors, developers, brokers, and property managers
    • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing
    • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Track and report on sales performance

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
