Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine supply and drilling services within the oil and gas sector.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in IOCs and independent oil companies.
3. Present the company’s capabilities, proposals, and solutions to potential clients and partners.
4. Track industry trends and client needs to tailor service offerings and improve engagement strategies.
5. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
6. Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and presentations for contract acquisition.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.
8. Provide regular updates on business development activities, market insights, and sales forecasts to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Interest or experience in the oil and gas industry, especially in marine and drilling operations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
4. Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
6. Willingness to travel and attend industry engagements as required.
7. Previous experience in business development or a client-facing role is a plus.
