    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our HR Outsourcing services.
    • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our outsourcing solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and HR advisory.
    • This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking, negotiation, and sales skills to help position our company as a trusted HR partner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing across multiple industries.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Promote HR outsourcing services such as talent acquisition, payroll outsourcing, compliance management, and employee outsourcing.
    • Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications.
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (HR outsourcing/consulting experience is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing services and industry practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong business networks.
    • Target-driven with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
