    Business Development Officer

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Officer is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing business with new customers, and profitably growing the business.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify target clients, develop and execute sales strategies
    • Create sales proposals for new and existing clients
    • Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current ones
    • Develop and implement strategies for providing innovative solutions for potential clients.
    • Generate weekly / monthly sales report as required

    Qualifications & Required Skills

    • Minimum of a Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
    • 1 - 3 years sales experience in (Estate Management & Event Rentals)
    • Proven sales and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills; rapport and relationship building in commercial sales environment
    • Confidence in interacting with customers at all levels
    • Well-presented and business like appearance.
