Job description

• We seek to hire a Business Development Officer to join our vibrant team. As a result of operational expansion and business strategic repositioning, we are looking to Strengthen our workforce with qualified and experienced professionals who will assist with attaining the company's business growth and objective.

QUALIFICATION:

• An HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Professional certificates in Business Development be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in retail sales and marketing roles
• Knowledge/experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to strive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales and marketing software

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the company’s growth objectives are attained, articulating new business development opportunities, and identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.
• Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.
• Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
• Penetrating new clients & and developing close professional relations with key decision-makers and influencers in the Nigerian Upstream, downstream, and midstream Oil and Gas Sector.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
