    Business Development Officer

    A reputable Human Resources/Outsourcing firm with a corporate Head Office in Enugu is seeking to engage qualified and result-oriented candidates for immediate placement:

    Job Description

    • We are looking to recruit a qualified Business Development Officer to drive the company's outsourcing department.


    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
    • Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Analyzing client feedback data to determine whether clients are satisfied with company services.
    • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
    • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
    • Conducting market research to identify & win new business opportunities.
    • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
    • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
    • Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience in Business Development in Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
    • Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • The ability to make business presentations using slides.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be smart.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
    • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Ready to resume immediately.
    • Relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
