    Business Development Manager

    Requirements

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement effective business strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and report on business development activities and progress.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions.
    • Provide input and feedback to improve products, services, and business strategies.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
