    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies, expanding the company’s market presence, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve sustainable business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry players.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts and close business deals that meet revenue goals.
    • Track and report on performance metrics, sales targets, and business outcomes.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support to ensure client retention.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
