    Business Development Manager (Upstream Oil & Gas)

    Job Summary

    • We’re on the hunt for a sharp, driven BD pro who eats strategy for breakfast and knows how to win in the Nigerian upstream terrain - and who’s ready to hit the ground running.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Driving business growth with IOCs, NOCs & key players
    • Spotting deals before they even hit the table
    • Building partnerships that move the needle
    • Leading proposal teams like a champ.

    You Should Have

    • Candidates should possess a B.Eng / B.Sc / B.Tech Degree with 8 - 12 years experience (with at lest 5 years in the upstream sector).
    • A strong network in the industry
    • The ability to turn technical talk into business wins
    • Leadership edge + deal-closing swagger.
