    Business Development Manager

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
    • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into profitable accounts.
    • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company pricing policies and revenue goals.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with internal departments.
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align goals and improve client offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the product or service teams to support innovation and client satisfaction.
