    Business Development Manager

    Job Descriptions

    • Familiar with local digital marketing industry for Awareness marketing strategies.
    • Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships with media agency.
    • Educate advertisers and explore business opportunities of using Transsion’s HippoAD display mobile inventory to promote their digital campaigns.
    • Maximize advertisers’ digital campaign performance by cooperating with the internal operation and product teams.
    • Conduct market research, collect and sort out information about the local digital mobile marketing industry.
    • Experience with mobile display platforms, eg. AdMob, Facebook, or DSP/SSP/ADX.
    • Formalize a go-to-market strategy within qualified strategic Brands/Agencies.
    • Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by cultivating existing client relationships and targeting prospective strategic accounts within assigned industry verticals.
    • Complex sales-cycle management; manage the entire sales process engaging the appropriate resources.
    • Ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business leads, sales, and account expansion.
    • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation, with accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
    • Be a true sales “hunter” to drive revenue, create new business and engage sales collateral.
    • Work consultatively and creatively with clients while maintaining a pragmatic focus on solution profitability.


    • 5 ~ 7 years of advertising sales experience, familiar with mobile Internet advertising, digital advertising technology (programmatic, DSP and SSP), and offline advertising sales resources and forms
