Job Summary:

Business Development Manager’s responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand and set short-term and long-term goals to achieve higher profitability and competitiveness.  

Job Responsibilities:  

• Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including digital, advertising communications and creative.  
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.  
• Achievement of monthly set targets.  
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals 
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.  
• Develop new sales techniques.  
• Supervise all team members to ensure achievement of their own targets 
• Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.  
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship 

Qualification & Requirements  

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin or any other related field  
• Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in Business Development  
• Strong business acumen  
• Good written and verbal communication skills  
• Excellent negotiation skills  
• Good interpersonal relationship
