Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector, including commercial and residential properties.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Use strategic methods to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement Business Development initiatives.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations slides, proposals, and profiles to clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition.
Negotiate, follow-up and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the Lagos Consulting market and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
