    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking to hire a fast-paced Business Development Manager who by identifying, fostering, defining, negotiating, and concluding business connections, will strengthen their market position.
    • Find and create commercial prospects for quality services rendition for the company through creative sales strategies and thorough understanding of the real eatste sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Anticipategrowth and expansion windows through thorough understanding of real estate market forces and performance metrics.
    • Engage in proactive sales calls with fresh prospects.
    • Closing new business transactions by coordinating requirements, creating and negotiating contracts, finding and investigating prospects, and locating potential customers.
    • Maintaining the value of the organization by keeping information private.
    • Interact with current important clients to strengthen mutual
    • Define and monitor yearly goals and targets.
    • Create and put into action new service strategies.
    • Analyze business requirements to find new chances.
    • Aid in the creation of annual sales targets.
    • Help the achievement of monthly goals.
    • Create and deliver business plans by conducting research, creating market analyses, and producing accurate financial reports.
    • Create a network for lead generation and referrals.

    (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Sales or another similar subject.
    • Minimum of 3 years of business development/sales experience, preferably with premium related experience in the real estate industry.
    • Must have sold properties worth at least N100M - N300M in the past.
    • Outstanding negotiating abilities.
    • Desire to significantly contribute to a premium brand that is expanding quickly.
    • Expertise with market research.
