    Business Development Manager

    Duties

    • Make excellent cold calls to potential consumers to generate leads. In other words, attract the "ideal" clients who will aid in exceeding the quarterly income goal.
    • Tasked with marketing assistance, create possibilities in target markets.
    • Look for areas where the business is wasting money.
    • Offer services or goods that can close the gap to generate more money.
    • Maintaining and expanding connections with important high-net-worth clientele.
    • Create and oversee the company's external CSR strategies.
    • Interacting with clients in person to close or negotiate transactions.
    • Provide knowledgeable guidance on our goods and/or services.
    • Serving as the client's point of contact for inquiries and information.
    • Reviews and engagements in agreed-upon procedures.
    • Perform assignments in auditing and consulting.
    • Manage the entire fieldwork process, from planning to conclusion and manage all other functions as assigned by the management.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Must possess minimum of 6 years experience selling properties between N50M - N500M.
    • Must be conversant with premium real estate.
    • Must be conversant with construction policies and must be updated about real estate regulations.
    • Must have very good knowledge of developing analysis about Construction and luxurious interior decorations.
    • Must have a very good knowledge about Microsoft Excel.
    • Must be familiar with Development projects and site assembly.
    • Must be familiar with Accounting principles and auditing standards to effectively supervise staff and solve routine engagement problems.
    • Must possess strong initiative about how to advice on improvement plans to every client served.
