This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about growing a brand in contract manufacturing and is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-end market. It also requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who understands the fashion contract manufacturing industry and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, influencers and organizations to build brand awareness and strengthen market positioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop high-impact strategic alliances with leading organizations in key sectors such as education, energy, finance, and manufacturing.
Focus on creating synergistic partnerships that deliver significant value to both parties, leveraging market insights and negotiation expertise to achieve optimal deal structures.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Also attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential clients
Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and awareness through targeted campaigns, events, and collaborations with influencers and celebrities.
Build and manage relationships with retail and wholesale partners, ensuring consistent product availability and superior brand representation
Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends. Leverage insights to adjust strategies and capitalize on market shifts.
Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
WHAT TO HAVE
A proactive individual with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on strategic partnership opportunities, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
A business-oriented person who is well adept at crafting compelling pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and other documentation as needed to effectively communicate the value proposition of our partnerships to customers and clients. Strong writing and visual communication skills are essential.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in contract manufacturing.
Proven track record of successfully expanding business in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of the fashion manufacturing processes and supply chain management
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel domestically may be required
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
