    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities
    As a Business Development Manager at SalesCraft Group, you will be responsible for:

    • Identifying and Pursuing Opportunities: Proactively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Sales Presentations: Creating compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
    • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of [industry/niche] and market dynamics.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
