Job Description:

Measure net growth, lead conversion rate, sales target, networking events attended and the connections made, closing deals, Relationship management.

Essential Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field
•  Minimum 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience 
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• High-level communication 
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
• Market research experience
