    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and achieve sales targets and promote various banking services to customers.
    • Design marketing programs for Bank
    • Initiate strategies to sell the Bank's products, and increase the Company’s revenue and brand value;
    • Initiate and execute strong plans for fund mobilization;
    • Keep abreast with new market initiatives/ trends and advise management accordingly;
    • Support the management in investment negotiations and product enhancement;
    • Oversee business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers/investors, and major industry stakeholders;
    • Collaborate with the Management, Heads of Departments, and all team members to execute business plans;
    • Collect and analyze customer and business-related data to execute business plans;
    • Develop quotes and proposals for the project and/or investment plans;
    • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, products and services.
    • Any other task as assigned by the MD/CEO.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Marketing or any other related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in Bank product sales and development of commercial/retail business at any reputable bank or financial institution is a MUST.
    • Outstanding loan product sales and mobilization portfolio.
