    Business Development Manager (Real Estate Industry Experience).

    Job Overview:

    • The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our real estate portfolio.
    • This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in business development within the industry.

    Requirements

    • HND/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, experience with real estate investment, development, or property management.
    • Established network of contacts within the real estate industry.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market to drive growth and profitability.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
    • Prepare and present proposals, pitch materials, and business development reports to senior management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build relationships.
