Business Development Manager (Real Estate Industry Experience).
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our real estate portfolio.
This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in business development within the industry.
Requirements
HND/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, experience with real estate investment, development, or property management.
Established network of contacts within the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market to drive growth and profitability.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, pitch materials, and business development reports to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build relationships.
