Business Development Manager at PG Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements:

• Must be of Indian nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience in marketing within the service sector.
• Proven track record of successful business development and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the courier and logistics industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
