Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing growth initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, result-oriented, and experienced in sales and business growth within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and grow existing customer base.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with salons, influencers, distributors, and luxury retail outlets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability.
• Represent Onyx Beauty Hub at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sector.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
• High level of professionalism and passion for the luxury beauty industry.
