Position Summary

• We are seeking a smart, attractive, and dynamic lady to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
• The ideal candidate will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence while upholding the brand’s luxury image.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the brand.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Female, presentable, and well-groomed (essential for representing a luxury brand).
• Must reside in or near Ikate, Lekki, Lagos for proximity to work.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in luxury or beauty industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.
